The Caribbean Application Centre advises that it does not hold itself responsible for any decision made by the Institution.  The Caribbean Application Centre is responsible for the submission of final applications and, where applicable, any supporting documentation.  The Caribbean Application Centre does not control the decision-making process of the receiving institution and thus accepts no liability for any loss suffered as a result. The Caribbean Application Centre further indemnifies itself from any increase in costs of applications upon submission of the said application. Fees are subject to change by the receiving institution and The Caribbean Application Centre is not responsible for any subsequent changes to the price. The Caribbean Application Centre cannot guarantee admission with an incomplete application.  It is the sole responsibility of the student to submit completed applications.  The Caribbean Application Centre accepts no responsibility for any outcome as a result of a student’s failure to complete the application form.  Refunds will not be issued for unfinished applications which are three (3) months or more. It is the sole responsibility of the student to ensure that the required documentation and all supporting official documentation is authentic and or a certified true copy and for the payment of application fees.  The Caribbean Application Centre does not accept liability for documents returned for failure to comply with the requisite standard of supporting documentation. The Caribbean Application Centre further states that it has no control, nor will it hold itself responsible for the final decision of the receiving institution.
